CAN ORDERS BE PLACED BY PHONE, MAIL OR FAX?
No, all orders are to be placed directly on the website.
WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSE TIME ON EMAIL MESSAGES? DASTOCKROOM responds to email requests received Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm within 24 hours. Emails received during order processing/shipping times, after working hours, weekends or holidays will receive a reply the following working day.
Please allow additional response time during our busy seasons - Back to School, College Football, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the Christmas holiday season. Emails from unidentified senders, solicitors, banned customers or that contain abusive language, will not receive further reply.

We are currently unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Our mailing list is made up of customers who have ordered from us in the past. Your email address is safe with us as we do not share ANY of your information with ANY other organizations.
DO YOU OFFER ANY PROMOTIONAL COUPONS OR SPECIALS?
From time to time we may offer a promotion coupon. But due to our extremely low prices it is very rare. If we do have a current promotion going on it will be emailed to our current customers. Please refrain from contacting us asking if there is any current coupons or promotions. If there is something going on, current customers will be notified via email.
