RETURN POLICY

You may return an item for refund or exchange within 10 days of delivery. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels. In order to receive authorization for return, it is important that we are contacted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Requests made outside of this timeframe will NOT be honored.

Please email us at dastockroom@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and also provide your reason for the return/exchange before returning the product. Returns without RMA's will be refused. In your email, please list the items you are returning, along with your invoice number.

Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice with all tags intact and in the original packaging. We can only accept items for return that you have provided in your request for an RMA#. We will not be able to process any extra items for return unless you have received prior approval.

Mail your return back to the address on the front of your invoice and make sure to include your invoice with the merchandise. Returns take 15-20 business days processing time once they are picked up from our post office.

*Update 6/30/2020 – Due to Covid-19 we must add some conditions regarding returns. Please note, once your package has been retrieved from our PO Box, it will not be handled/touched for 7 days. After that time, our staff will begin processing your return.

Please remember that it may take your financial institution up to 30 days or one billing cycle from the date we issue your credit for it to post to your account.

Dastockroom only accepts items back that are unworn, unused and unwashed. The items must contain all tags and labels intact and in the original condition. (NO EXCEPTIONS) We will also not accept returns that smell of smoke, cologne, or body odor. Please be sure to try on your merchandise in a smoke-free environment. All items must be returned to us in new and re-sellable condition.

Defective or damaged items must be brought to our attention within 3 days of being received. Dastockroom is NOT responsible for any item that has been damaged after being washed. We  have no way of knowing if the item was actually properly washed as per the manufacturer care tag.

All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.

Clearance items may only be exchanged, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Items received after the 10 day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be refused and no credit will be issued. All exchanged items must be received first, in order to complete the exchange. Please allow 10 to 15 days for your exchange to be processed.


Shipping and handling charges, insurance and signature confirmation fees will not refunded.

Any returns on orders with FREE shipping will be charged a $9.95 shipping charge if the refund brings the merchandise order total below the $100.00 minimum.

Merchandise received by Dastockroom without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), or not meeting any other of the above criteria, will not be processed and will not be returned to the sender.

All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee, NO EXCEPTIONS. We cannot accept undergarments or tights for returns or exchanges, sorry.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

For an exchange, list the size, color and style of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange is out of stock and we are not able to fulfill your request. In this case a refund will be issued and the re-stocking fee will be charged.

The customer is responsible for paying the new shipping charges for the exchanged item regardless of the exchanged value. An invoice will be sent via Paypal for the new shipping charges and will need to be paid before then exchange is shipped.
