Shipping is through the USPS only and delivery confirmation is standard for all orders. Insurance can also be purchased through checkout for an additional fee. We are not responsible for uninsured or mis-delivered mail so the purchase of insurance is highly recommended.

Most orders are processed 48 hours of receipt of payment, Monday - Friday. You will receive an dispatch and shipping email once your order has been processed and shipped. The shipping email from "Paypal" will contain your tracking number.

Please allow additional processing time during our busy seasons - Back to School, College Football, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the Christmas holiday season.
Also note, due to Covid-19 the USPS is running slow so please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Please refrain from contacting us asking when your order will be shipped. Having to take the time out to respond to such requests will only delay your order being processed, as someone will have to stop processing orders to answer your email.Orders shipped to an address that is different from the billing address may be delayed while they are manually reviewed by staff.
Packages returned to us do to an incorrect address or lost in the mail due to the customer entering an incorrect address or omitting important information (Suite, Unit or Apt #) will incur additional shipping cost upon re-shipping back to you. The re-shipping charge will need to be paid before the package is re-shipped. An invoice will be sent through Paypal for the re-ship postage.
